Our Guarantee

At MASSIMORA, every item is carefully curated and described to ensure you know exactly what you're purchasing. If for any reason your order is not as expected, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • It must be returned in the same condition as received
  • All original tags, packaging, and security seals must be intact
  • All accessories or promotional gifts included must be returned
  • For pre-owned items, the condition is thoroughly described on each product page. We encourage you to review all details and photos carefully before purchasing. Returns remain subject to the standard 14-day policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased with a special discount
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@massimora.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome

Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or incorrectly described items: Return shipping is fully covered by MASSIMORA
  • All other reasons: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
